1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 18bet platform and all of its services. When you open an account on 18bet or use the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. Please read the full document carefully before getting started.

The following are the meanings of some key terms used in these Terms:

• "Platform" — The 18bet website and all its services, games, and features.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who uses services through a registered account on 18bet.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — The amount of money placed by a member in order to participate in any game or sports event on the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 18bet and use its services, a member must meet the following conditions:

• The account must be registered in the member's own name; registration on behalf of another person is not accepted.
• The email address and mobile number used when opening an account must be active and belong to the member personally.

2.1 Registration Process

During registration, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing any false or incorrect information is considered a violation of these Terms, and 18bet reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

18bet strictly prohibits persons under the age of 21 from opening an account or using its services. When necessary, we may request the following documents to verify a member's age and identity:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Copy of passport
• Driving licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)

Withdrawals may be limited until identity verification is complete. 18bet may request identity verification from a member at any time, and the member is required to provide it within the specified timeframe.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your 18bet account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you log in from a public computer or network, always log out after use.
• Notify the 18bet support team immediately about any unauthorised access to your account.
• All transactions completed on your account will be considered your responsibility, unless you have reported the unauthorised access in a timely manner.

Allowing someone else to use your account is a violation of these Terms. In such cases, 18bet reserves the right to suspend the account and hold the associated funds.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

18bet provides convenient transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

18bet supports the following payment methods only:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment service
• Nagad — The postal department's mobile financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Upay — A modern digital payment service

5.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits to your account may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
• Deposit amounts must always be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be limited or delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 6).

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

18bet offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following conditions apply to claiming and using bonuses:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• Some games may not be eligible for wagering calculations — contact support for details.
• Bonus offers have their own expiry dates; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• 18bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are for genuine members only — if bonus misuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed.
• If bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts or false information, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on 18bet are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all members:

7.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet is automatically cancelled due to a technical fault, the relevant amount will be refunded.
• The server-side record is considered final in determining game results.
• In the event of any technical issue, 18bet will make a decision subject to investigation.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Odds may change at any time — the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet is generally returned, though specific rules apply.
• Each sport has its own detailed rules — it is recommended to read them before placing a bet.

7.3 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated by reputable game providers and their fairness is verifiable.
• In the event of a game malfunction, bets and winnings may be considered void.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 18bet:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Fraudulently claiming bonus or promotion benefits.
• Any form of collusion (improper arrangement with other players).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Deliberately exploiting technical faults or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Harassing or threatening other members or 18bet staff.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

18bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• If a request for identity verification is not responded to.
• In relation to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or any other legal obligations.

9.1 Account Closure by Member

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. Bonus funds will be forfeited after the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming

18bet believes in responsible gaming. We want our members to treat gaming as a healthy source of entertainment, not a cause of financial problems.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
• A facility to temporarily close the account (Self-Exclusion) is available if needed.

12 Limitation of Liability

18bet will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection issues or the user's device.
• Loss resulting from a member's own negligence or from sharing account credentials with others.
• Issues caused by the software of third-party game providers.
• The outcome of active bets at the time of an internet disconnection.
• Financial loss arising from a member's own decisions.

18bet always strives to resolve technical issues promptly, but an uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

13 Changes to Terms and Conditions

18bet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members via email or through the platform.

• Amended terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
