About Us — 18bet, Who Are We?
A safe, fast and entertaining online betting platform built for players in Bangladesh — where your experience is always the top priority.
Our Mission and Identity
18bet has established itself as a trusted name in Bangladesh's online betting space. Our goal is simple — to give every Bangladeshi player a smooth, safe and enjoyable gaming experience. From sports betting to live casino, slot games and fishing games — 18bet brings all kinds of entertainment under one roof.
We believe a good betting platform should be built on transparency, fairness and player protection. With this belief at its core, 18bet has built its services accordingly — your information is kept secure with SSL encryption, verified game software is used to ensure fair play, and every transaction is completed through a fully transparent process.
With Bangladeshi players in mind, 18bet has integrated the most familiar and accessible mobile wallet services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits can start from as little as ৳200, and withdrawal requests are generally processed within just 15 minutes to 2 hours. This speed and convenience is what sets 18bet apart for bettors in Bangladesh.
Our game library has been built through partnerships with world-class software developers — games from well-known providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and Ezugi are all available on 18bet. From cricket betting to fishing games, live casino to slots — every category offers a varied and enjoyable experience.
At 18bet, you do not just play games — you become part of a community. Our VIP programme has four tiers from Bronze to Platinum, where regular players enjoy weekly cashback along with various exclusive benefits. New players receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 — the perfect start to your gaming journey.
Our team is always by your side. Live chat and email support in Bengali and English is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At 18bet, you can always speak with a real person — not a robotic automated response. That is our commitment.
